Meadowbrook Mustangs vs. Ocala Christian Crusaders

The Women's Varsity Volleyball team secured yet another victory at home last night, winning in just three sets against the Ocala Christian Crusaders. Some key players for the Mustangs last night were Iva Fearon, Elizabeth Marshall, and Miriam Chong. Iva received the title of Player of the Match from MaxPreps due to her impressive performance, achieving 16 points from 21 serves, 5 aces, 15 assists, and a single kill. Elizabeth Marshall had an impressive night as well, scoring 8 kills. Lastly, Miriam had 2 key blocks during the match. Varsity's record now stands at 2-0 for the season, and their next match will be against Wildwood on Tuesday. You can see the full schedule for the season here.

The JV team encountered their second loss of the season against the Crusaders, losing in two straight sets. The Middle School team managed to secure a victory in one set last night. The JV team will be joining the Varsity on Tuesday as they travel to Wildwood, while the Middle School team travels to Queen of Peace tonight.
